This package exceeds 9.5 feet (2.9 meters) in length and therefore requires a forklift or equivalent heavy-lifting equipment for unloading at the delivery site. Delivery is strictly limited to paved roads and curbside only; no indoor or backyard deliveries are possible. Customers have the option to arrange for pickup at a local freight terminal upon request. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Please note that remote or high-cost delivery areas may incur additional fees. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
